At Garg Residency, we value your patronage. However, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Cancellation Policy
* Before Confirmation: Customers can request changes or cancel their booking request at any time before the order/booking is confirmed by us without any penalty.
* After Confirmation: If you need to cancel a confirmed booking (Room or Banquet), you must notify us via email at info@gargresidency.in or call our support numbers.
* Cancellation Charges: In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed booking, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount will be charged. The remaining 80% will be refunded to you.
* No Show: If you do not show up for your booking without prior cancellation ("No Show"), no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
* Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only on cancellations made in accordance with the Cancellation Policy mentioned above.
* Processing Timeline: Once a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
* Mode of Refund: The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) used at the time of booking. We do not offer cash refunds for online transactions.
3. Force Majeure
Garg Residency reserves the right to cancel any contract with a customer at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (maintenance issues, government regulations, etc.). In such cases, a full refund of the price paid will be issued to the customer.
